Complete renovation (Historic Facade remaining only) of a Turkish Bathhouse now being converted into a Coliving 6-story Building with 58x rooms and multiple common areas including a rooftop with custom built in benches and planters. Contract quality and custom designed furnishings throughout the rooms and common areas.

• G8 Marina Arts, Marina Del Rey, CA - Spring 2020

Design & Procurement of only the 66x Coliving Units. This a mix used building between typical apartments and Coliving Units. Partnership with the developer owner of this new building.

• Webster, Downtown Oakland, CA - 65x Coliving Units - December 2019

Design & Procurement of 65 CoLiving Units with multiple common areas.

• Venice Beach, CA - September 2019

Full Conversion of a Multifamily 3 Story Building into a Coliving Building with 20x Rooms and multiple common areas including four rooftops.

• 1813 15th St, San Francisco, CA - October 2019

Full Conversion of a Multifamily 4 Story Building into a Coliving Building with 23x Rooms and multiple common areas including a backyard with a new deck. Contract quality and custom designed bedroom furniture provided.

Full Conversion of a Multifamily 3 Story Building into a Coliving Building with 15x Rooms and multiple common areas including a backyard with a lemon tree and a swing. Contract quality and custom designed bedroom furniture provided.

Full Conversion of a Multifamily 2 Story Building into a Coliving Building with 10x Rooms and multiple common areas including a big backyard with a new deck, a fire pit and a bocce ball court. Contract quality and custom designed bedroom furniture provided.
